However, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.

Policy Overview

No Refunds or Returns
- We do not offer refunds or accept returns on custom items, as each product is made-to-order based on your specifications.
Reprints and Store Credit
- If you experience an issue with your order, such as a quality concern or a production error, please contact us at sales@signsinsymbols.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- If the issue is verified, we will offer either a reprint of the affected item or store credit for future purchases.
Free Replacement for Our Mistakes
- If the error is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect design, color, or sizing that doesn’t match your order), we will provide a free replacement of the affected item at no additional cost.
6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty
- We offer a 6-month craftsmanship warranty on all heat transfers and t-shirts produced by Signsinsymbols. This warranty covers issues related to printing defects or craftsmanship failures under normal use and proper care conditions.
- To request a warranty claim, please provide a description and photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
